| Yuci Yuken Hydraulics Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise with capital of 1000 mil- |
| lion Japanese yens invested by Chinese Yuci Hydraulics Plant and Japanese YUKEN KOGYO CO., |
| LTD. in 1992. Now it has a space floor of 15000 square meters and 280 employees. In 2004,sa- |
| les income was over 150 million Yuan(RMB)and in 2005, it was 210 million Yuan(RMB). Our main |
| products are Yuken series hydraulic valves and hydraulic systems.We also sell Yuken products |
| imported from Japan. |
| Japanese side has dispatched superior administrators to participate in management of |
| the company personnel in charge of the key posts of the jointventure are regularly sent to |
| Japan Yuken for training. Our main products are hydraulic valves with the same technical |
